Troubleshooting your connection before calling for service:

 

If you experience difficulty in connecting to the internet using our service please try some of the following tips before calling for support:

 

1.      Reboot your PC.  Due to the nature of Windows, PC’s that are left on for long periods of time, or that are running multiple programs in the background can cause the PC to become unstable or quit functioning.

2.      Reboot the Wireless EUM.  This is done by simply unplugging the power cord.  Please allow the EUM about 30 seconds to reboot.

3.      Disable third party firewall software.
